Polar Bear, arguably one of Cayman’s most well-known brands is seeking another teammate to join our ever-growing family! Prior experience in the air conditioning industry is absolutely not required. One may ask… So what is required? It’s actually pretty straightforward:

• An organic alignment with our beliefs. Such beliefs include the commitment to always doing the right thing by our customers as well as a promise to never stop on the path of continuing education
• Verifiable history as an exceptional asset to your current and/or prior employer(s)
• An “I can definitely help do that” or, “I’m not exactly sure how to do that but sign me up to learn how to do it” attitude. Cross-training is a high priority at Polar Bear and, therefore, the ideal candidate must have an open mind with respect to being cross-trained on a variety of administrative positions within the organization
• General requirements include familiarity with cloud-based applications (e.g. google hangouts/docs/sheets/mail/drive), accurate grammar & spelling, friendly phone voice, and customer first attitude
